Key Accountabilities:Collaborates with project management, procurement, warehousing, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to plan and execute outbound logistics activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and project shipments to final destinations. Manages and monitors the performance of logistics service providers, carriers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, service level agreements, and project requirements. Supervises the preparation, verification, and issuance of shipping and export documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, customer specifications, and destination country regulations. Coordinates pre-shipment inspections with Third-Party Inspection (3PI) agencies to verify quantities, packing conditions, shipping marks, and container sealing before dispatch, ensuring compliance with project and customer requirements. Coordinates with internal logistics, warehouse, customs clearance, and transportation teams to ensure seamless shipment execution, material dispatch, and delivery to project sites or customers. Contributes to logistics studies, transportation assessments, and market analyses for new projects and countries, providing recommendations on outbound logistics strategies, transportation routes, infrastructure capabilities, and regulatory requirements. Oversees the end-to-end flow of materials, equipment, services, and information from company facilities and suppliers to project sites, customers, or designated destinations, ensuring achievement of delivery targets. Plans, executes, and monitors transportation operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and delivery performance standards. Tracks shipments and coordinates transportation, customs clearance, and delivery activities to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time delivery of project materials and equipment to customers and project locations. Monitors outbound inventory, material dispatches, and shipment status, proactively identifying and resolving logistics issues that may impact project schedules or customer satisfaction. Assists in evaluating the performance of transportation providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics service providers to drive continuous improvement in outbound logistics operations. Ensures compliance with export regulations, company policies, customer requirements, and international trade standards throughout the outbound logistics process. Performs any other duties related to outbound logistics, transportation management, shipment execution, and customer delivery operations as assigned by the logistics manager.
Qualifications & Education:Education: B. Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics, or any related field Experience: 5 – 7 years of experience Skills: Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), ERP, Logistics Operations Management, Telecom Connectivity Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Transportation & Distribution Planning, Vendor Management, Demand Forecasting, Strategic Sourcing, Network Rollout Support, Cost Optimization, Shipment Coordination, Team Leadership, KPI Monitoring, Project Management
