Continuously optimize for target KPIs, including Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Lead A/B testing on all campaign elements, including ad copy, creative, audience targeting, and landing pages, to continuously improve performance. Monitor changes in advertising platform algorithms and update strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve. Collaboration & Reporting:Work closely with the creative and content teams to brief and produce high-performing ad creatives, videos, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience (students, parents, professionals). Prepare and deliver detailed monthly performance reports to management, outlining results, challenges, and strategic recommendations for improvement.
