Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the Rotogravure and Flexographic Printing industry to lead our sales activities, expand our customer base, and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of flexible packaging solutions, excellent client relationship skills, and a successful track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts.- Conduct customer visits, understand client requirements, and provide suitable packaging solutions.- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and close sales deals.- Coordinate closely with Production, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.- Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the Rotogravure and Flexographic Printing industry.- Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, printing processes, and converting technologies.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.- Good command of English (written and spoken).- Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
