Role Description The Enterprise Partnership Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, leading partner negotiations, and defining mutually beneficial partnership structures. The Enterprise Partnership Manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives, prepare proposals and presentations, and oversee the execution of partnership agreements. The role also involves monitoring performance, creating regular reports and insights, and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the enterprise segment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in enterprise partnership management, business development, or strategic account management in a technology or innovative solutions environment. Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and negotiation, with the ability to influence and collaborate at executive and operational levels. Proficiency in strategic planning, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently. Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts in clear, accessible language. Comfort working with technology-driven products or platforms, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into partnership proposals. Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in or exposure to AI, digital transformation, or Saa S solutions is a plus.
