Assistant Manager – Administration & Human Resources
???? Location: Wadi El Natrun, Beheira, Egypt???? Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or multinational companies. Experience in managing external relations and dealing with government authorities. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field. Good knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and administrative regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and perform under pressure. Willingness to work on a residential basis at the company site. Key Responsibilities Support the Administration & Human Resources Manager in carrying out daily departmental operations. Prepare administrative and HR reports. Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. How to Apply
