You will drive sector performance to achieve company objectives, supervise all sector employees, develop strategic client relationships, and contribute to business expansion.</p><br><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong><p> • Set the sector's annual operational plan and KPIs aligned with the company strategy, monitor progress, and report to the Sr. Partner - HR &amp; People Services. </p><br><ul><li><p>Supervise, coach, and evaluate all sector employees, ensuring proper onboarding, training, and succession planning. </p><br></li><li><p>Ensure all client deliverables are completed with a high level of accuracy and with zero recurring errors. </p><br></li><li><p>Act as an escalation point for major client issues, drive client satisfaction, and identify and lead cross-selling opportunities and new service offerings for existing clients. </p><br></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with social legislation. </p><br></li><li><p>Foster a positive work environment, implement individual development plans (IDPs) for all staff, and ensure skill enhancement to meet market changes.</p><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Experience</strong><p> • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field (MBA is preferred). </p><br><ul><li><p>More than 8 to 10 years of experience. </p><br></li><li><p>Expert knowledge of HR operations, procedures, and related legislation. </p><br></li><li><p>Mastery of data analysis and reporting. </p><br></li><li><p>Mastery of client management. </p><br></li><li><p>Strategic thinking and problem-solving. </p><br></li><li><p>Excellent leadership and people management. </p><br></li><li><p>Strong client relationship and negotiation skills. </p><br></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines. </p><br></li><li><p>High integrity, accountability, and change management ability. <br></p><br></li></ul> </div>
