Key Responsibilities:-Oversee daily company operations and ensure smooth workflows-Set performance goals and monitor KPIs-Develop and implement business strategies-Lead cross-functional teams and drive performance-Identify new business opportunities and support company growth-Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards-Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Requirements:-Minimum 15 years of experience in telecommunications companies-Proven experience in leadership and team management-Strong strategic thinking and planning skills-Background in Telecom, #Civil, or ICT industries-Must have hands-on experience in #Nokia & #ZTE projects-Solid financial understanding (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)-Excellent #communication and #negotiation skills-Strong problem-#solving and #decision-making abilities-Experience working in #multinational #environments is a plus-Bachelor’s communications engineering, or related field
