The Project Manager is responsible for the full operational readiness, productivity, and lifecycle maintenance of a heavy equipment fleet of 80+ units (excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, compactors, tipper trucks, and support vehicles) supporting a large-scale earthworks project at Sukari Gold Mine (SGM), Marsa Alam. The role owns equipment availability and utilization targets, workshop and maintenance operations, spare parts and inventory management, HSE compliance for plant operations, and coordination between operations, maintenance, and site production teams. The successful candidate must be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with hands-on heavy equipment maintenance and workshop management experience.<br>Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations & Production Support• Plan and coordinate daily deployment of 80+ heavy equipment units across excavation, hauling, grading, and compaction activities to meet earthworks production targets.• Monitor equipment utilization, idle time, and productivity (m³/hour, cycle times) and drive continuous improvement in fleet efficiency.• Coordinate with site engineers and production teams to align equipment allocation with the project schedule and daily/weekly work plans.
