Role Description The Project Manager role at PERFECT is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, and budgets to meet agreed objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Project Manager will also support expediting activities, oversee logistics and inspection workflows, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks and compliance with project specifications and standards. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, warehousing, and on-time site delivery. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Candidates should have proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in project-based environments, is highly beneficial.
