Analyzes competitive sets, price positioning, seasonality, mix and displacement on a continuous basis. Prepares forecasts of revenue, profit, demand and occupancy for rooms and function space 3-month and 6 month, long range and budget. Assists hotels with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations. Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals. Generates updates on transient segment each period. Works with Market VP, Market GM and GM s to assist in pricing analyses for all products in Market. Assists with account diagnostics process and validates conclusions.</p><p>Managing Revenue Management Projects and Strategy Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example. Understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders (owners, corporate, guests, etc.). Updates market and revenue knowledge and aligns strategies and approaches accordingly. Works closely with Sales and Marketing for business opportunities, aims to increase profitability of the organization. Oversees the annual pricing process for transient, group and catering rooms, function space and audio-visual. Provides critical input to market leaders for development of property and overall revenue sales strategy. Ensures hotel strategies conform to brand philosophies and initiatives. Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate. Prepares sales strategy meeting agenda, supporting documentation and leads property and/or cluster meetings. Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties. Develops 6-month, 12-month and 2-year strategic action plans for management of cluster transient revenues. Manages inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue. Ensures property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximize revenue and profits. Initiates, implements and evaluates revenue tests.</p><p>Building Successful Relationships Provides revenue strategy expertise and leadership to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders. Identifies and communicates revenue and profit opportunities to property leadership teams and sales organization. Develops and manages internal key stakeholder relationships. Provides targeted and timely communication of results, achievements and challenges to the stakeholders.</p><p>Managing and Conducting Human Resources Activities Interviews and hires employees with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the unit. Develops, implements and maintains a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job. Utilizes all available on the job training tools for employees. Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position and monitors progress. Conducts employee performance appraisals according to Standard Operating Procedures. Administers bonus and incentive programs. Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team. Solicits feedback, utilizes an open door policy and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems and concerns. Manages employee progressive discipline procedures for areas of responsibility. <h4>Role purpose:</h4>
<p>We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contracts Manager to join our PDS team in Egypt. This role will be responsible for the administration of running contracts of a mixed-used development. The Contracts Manager will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in driving successful project delivery.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities:</h4>

<li>Advising on contract administration to the project and cost management delivery teams;</li>
<li>Managing and advising on the contractual obligations of project parties;</li>
<li>Monitor contract performance and compliance in accordance with the project plans;</li>
<li>Preparation of claim responses and variation orders;</li>
<li>Negotiation of claims with project parties;</li>
<li>Provide advice regarding interpretation of contract terms and conditions;</li>
<li>Prepare contractual notices as appropriate;</li>
<li>Prepare contract analysis reports highlighting concerns and risks to be considered;</li>
<li>Preparing responses to all contractual correspondences;</li>

Through facilitation and objective intervention, the incumbent is to advise the HQ HR and management on issues impacting employees' efficiency and effectiveness in the Egypt Office and assist with coaching and counseling on proper professional conduct, clear expectations, and career growth potential.</p><p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.</li><li>Stay informed about changes in legislation and advise management on necessary actions to maintain compliance.</li><li>Ensure consistent application of established human resources policies & processes; identify necessary changes based on objective assessment for management's consideration.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.</li><li>Resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.</li><li>Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.</li><li>Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of payroll information.</li><li>Provide regular reports and analyses to management on payroll-related metrics.</li><li>Continuously review and improve payroll procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Assist in strategically stabilizing and strengthening the workforce in Coptic Orphans Egypt by working with management and staff to create and nurture an environment of positive interactions and effective communications.</li><li>Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and trust building.</li><li>Understand the organizational culture; regularly identify and recommend improvements needed, both, for managers and employees.</li><li>Maintain a safe and productive work environment by addressing and working through conflict and issues of concern in transparent yet prudent ways.</li><li>Propose initiatives, including training and development, for effectively improving employee engagement and job satisfaction; thereby improving productivity, efficiency, and commitment.</li><li>Research and recommend effective incentive means and programs for employee retention, improving employee morale, loyalty, and longevity.</li><li>Promote and endorse staff benefits; review external agencies that will provide optimal services to employees.</li><li>Manage the annual and probation performance reviews, feedback systems and tools; and outline management responsibility for developing employees.</li><li>Suggest and communicate effective ways of managing performance, and facilitate employee-supervisor dialogues.</li><li>Review and assist with position analysis and new position descriptions in the Egypt Office.</li><li>Assist in establishing and maintaining a position-grade system; and conduct market research on pay and benefits.</li><li>Collaborating with HQ HR, assisting in updating the recruitment and selection processes, and identifying effective economic channels for job advertising and promotion in Egypt, including networking.</li><li>Conduct candidate screening and interviews to identify top candidates, ensuring potential mismatches are eliminated based on qualifications and fit.</li></ul><p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p><p>This position supervises the HR Specialists in the Egypt Office.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><h2>Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills</h2><ul><li>Bachelors or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or other closely related field. A Master's degree substitutes for 2-3 years of experience.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, of which 8 years as a Human Resource professional.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage human relations for successful HR Management with strategic approaches.</li><li>Other Required Skills: Outstanding soft skills include; people skills, conflict management and resolution, negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent ability to 'naturally' preserve strict confidentiality and exhibit good discretion.</li><li>Exceptionally effective communication skills with excellent command of English and Arabic.</li><li>Candidate must be energetic, positive, result result-oriented, have outstanding organizational skills, good judgment, objectivity, and with ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently.</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure.</li></ul><h2>Travel Requirements</h2><p>Occasional travel may be necessary, including possible international trips.</p><p>Limited to typical office environments such as walking, sitting, typing, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage during travel.
