Job Purpose<br>Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment. The role plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.<br>Key Responsibilities Sales Operations Support the Sales team in processing customer orders from receipt to delivery. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate documentation for all sales transactions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Track KPIs such as:Open Orders Order Fulfillment Rate On-Time Delivery Sales Pipeline Status Customer Response Time Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with Finance regarding invoices and payment status. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse to ensure product availability. Support Logistics in arranging timely deliveries.
