Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Scribe Doctors role based in Heliopolis, working primarily during night shifts. The Medical Scribe will accurately document patient encounters in real time, including histories, physical examinations, diagnostic findings, and treatment plans under the direction of physicians. Daily responsibilities include reviewing medical records, updating electronic health records (EHR), ensuring correct use of medical terminology, and maintaining clear, organized documentation. The role also involves coordinating with medical staff, clarifying physician notes when needed, and following strict confidentiality and compliance standards. The successful candidate will support physicians in improving workflow efficiency and patient care quality by managing documentation and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Strong scribing skills with experience in live or remote documentation for physicians and clinical encounters. Solid knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy to ensure accurate and precise clinical documentation. Background in medical assisting or relevant clinical support roles, with understanding of common procedures and workflows. Effective communication skills for interacting with physicians and healthcare staff, and for clarifying and recording information. Ability to work consistently during night shifts and maintain focus and accuracy under time constraints. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer proficiency. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA or equivalent). Relevant education in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health, or Life Sciences) is preferred. Prior experience as a medical scribe, in a clinical setting, or in medical documentation is an advantage.
