Interpret and analyse blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to execute machining processes. Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings as necessary to ensure accuracy and precision. Perform regular inspections of produced components using precision measurement tools (e.g., callipers, micrometres) to confirm adherence to specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace standards at all times. Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance when required. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to enhance machining efficiency. Delivering high-quality machined components within specified tolerances and deadlines. Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC lathe equipment. Strict adherence to safety protocols and production schedules.
