Job Summary Connect6 Group is looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media performance for a US-market client. You will be based out of our Cairo office and will lead day-to-day campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic/display channels — working closely with the Rate World client team and our internal Connect6/Brite account team to grow qualified traffic, connected calls, and conversions in the US market.
Key Responsibilities•Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns for Rate World.us across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DV360/programmatic display, targeting US audiences.•Own campaign budgets, bidding strategy, and pacing to hit spend, connected-call, and conversion targets.•Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily — audience targeting, creative rotation, bid adjustments, and channel mix.•Oversee tracking setup and QA (tags, conversion events, call tracking) to ensure accurate reporting.•Reconcile media spend and support monthly billing and reporting cycles.•Lead regular syncs with the Rate World client team and internal stakeholders on strategy, results, and next steps.•Deliver clear, US-market-savvy performance reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements • Proven hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns specifically in the US market — this is essential.• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience with programmatic/DV360 is a plus.• Experience with lead-generation or call-based conversion campaigns (insurance, financial services, or comparison-site verticals a plus).• Comfortable with campaign tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, or similar).• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into optimization decisions.• Excellent written and spoken English.• Based in or able to work on-site from our Cairo office, with availability aligned to US market hours as needed.
