<br><p>Collaborate with the Value & Execution Lead and PMO Leads to support the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and programmes.<br>Support Technology Delivery teams in maintaining delivery standards, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.<br>Ensure project management processes, controls, and governance standards are consistently applied and optimised.<br>Monitor and maintain accurate real-time project and programme status updates within relevant delivery systems.<br>Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigating actions to support effective delivery.<br>Promote the adoption of hybrid delivery methodologies and alignment with SAFe principles across Technology Delivery teams.<br>Facilitate regular project and programme reporting cycles, ensuring accurate and timely updates for stakeholders.<br>Coordinate financial reporting activities and ensure alignment with governance and organisational requirements.<br>Partner with the PMO & Transformation Manager to maintain and enhance delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.<br>Support project managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.<br>Assist with resource planning activities in partnership with Capacity Management teams to optimise utilisation and balance workloads.<br>Monitor resource capacity, availability, and constraints, highlighting potential risks and bottlenecks.<br>Deliver training sessions and guidance on PMO processes, governance practices, and supporting tools.<br>Produce weekly performance, health, and governance reports for senior management stakeholders.<br>Analyse project and programme performance data to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement.<br>Support assurance activities to ensure programmes are appropriately planned, funded, resourced, governed, and delivered to quality standards.</p><br><br><br><b>Who you are</b>
<br><p>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst or project support role.<br>Experience supporting a diverse portfolio of initiatives ranging from large-scale transformation programmes to smaller projects.<br>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels.<br>Highly organised and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.<br>Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.<br>Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.<br>Experience in financial reporting, tracking, and maintenance.<br>Understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.<br>Knowledge of Waterfall delivery methodologies is desirable.<br>Familiarity with SAFe concepts and principles is desirable.<br>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.<br>Experience with Power BI, automation tools, or reporting technologies is advantageous.<br>Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality project governance standards.</p><br><br><br><b>Not a perfect fit?</b>
