What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in HRIS, ERP implementation, HR technology, business systems administration, or a similar role. Hands-on experience supporting HRIS implementations, ERP projects, system enhancements, or HR digital transformation initiatives. Good understanding of key HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, organizational management, time & attendance, and payroll-related processes. Experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering, system testing, and end-user support. Knowledge of data migration, data validation, reporting solutions, and system integrations is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
