This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate eager to start their career in Information and Communication Technology within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and students for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the help desk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and assist in training users on how to utilize them effectively.
• Monitor and maintain the IT inventory and report on equipment needs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other ICT team members to improve the overall ICT infrastructure and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong interest in technology and eagerness to learn about ICT systems and support.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a diverse range of users.

A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Residence in Obour, Nasr City, or El-Shorouk City is preferred
