خبرة قوية في:
- نمذجة BIM والتنسيق
- كشف التصادم وحله
- خطط تنفيذ BIM (BEP)
- سير عمل الهندسة الرقمية
الخبرة في مشاريع البنية التحتية مطلوبة بشدة
يجب أن يكون:
- مفصل التفاصيل
- قوي في التنسيق
- كفؤ تقنيًا
- خبرة في بيئات متعددة التخصصات ومتعددة الحزم
تنسيق قوي مع:
- فرق التصميم
- فرق البناء
- فرق التخطيط والهندسة
الخبرة المطلوبة – مهندس BIM رئيسي (مستوى PMC)
خبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proven experience in BIM and digital engineering within construction projects – Required
Strong hands-on BIM experience may substitute for formal specialization Required Courses / Certifications
Autodesk Certifications (Revit / Navisworks) – Preferred
BIM Professional Certification – Preferred
PMP – Advantage
ISO 19650 (BIM standards) – Strong Advantage
Requirements Other Important Requirements / Remarks
Strong experience in:
- BIM modeling and coordination
- Clash detection and resolution
- BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- Digital engineering workflows
Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred
Must be:
- Detail-oriented
- Strong in coordination
- Technically proficient
- Experience in multi-discipline and multi-package environments
Strong coordination with:
- Design teams
- Construction teams
- Planning and engineering teams
Required Experience – Sr. BIM Engineer (PMC Level)
10+ years of experience
