Job Purpose<br>The Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the manufacturing plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while achieving production, quality, service, and financial targets. The role leads cross-functional plant teams and drives operational excellence, continuous improvement, food safety, and manufacturing efficiency. The Plant Manager also leads the planning, execution, and commissioning of the new plant project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required operational and food safety standards.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Plant Operations Oversee end-to-end operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring achievement of production, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Prepare and present regular plant performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.<br>Required Qualifications & Experience<br>Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, Dairy Science, Food Technology, or a related field.12–15+ years of experience in Food/Dairy/FMCG Manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Plant Manager or equivalent senior operations role. Strong hands-on experience managing a large-scale manufacturing plant. Experience leading a greenfield plant setup, plant expansion, or major capital project is highly preferred. Dairy manufacturing experience is highly preferred/mandatory, depending on the plant's production requirements. Strong knowledge of dairy/food processing, filling, packaging, cold-chain requirements, and manufacturing operations. Excellent knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems, and Quality Standards. Strong experience managing cross-functional manufacturing teams. Proven track record in cost reduction, productivity improvement, OEE improvement, waste reduction, and operational excellence. <p>Assembly Global Delivery is seeking an accomplished and transformational leader to head its Cairo Global Delivery Hub. This role extends beyond operational leadership- it is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Cairo hub, driving business transformation, strengthening partnerships with global business units, and positioning Cairo as a critical capability center within Assembly and the broader Stagwell ecosystem.</p><br>
<p>As the senior-most leader for the Cairo hub, the Center Head will champion delivery excellence, governance, organizational maturity, and capability development while partnering closely with regional business leaders to expand services, build future-ready teams, and support the continued growth of Global Delivery.</p><br>
<p>The role will serve as the primary escalation point for the Cairo hub and will be accountable for aligning local execution with global business priorities.</p><br>
Responsibilities
<p><strong>Strategic Site Leadership</strong></p><br>

<li>Lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Cairo Global Delivery Hub in alignment with Global Delivery and business objectives. </li>
<li>Position Cairo as a trusted delivery partner for Assembly and Stagwell agencies by expanding capabilities and supporting increasingly complex global assignments. </li>
<li>Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. </li>
<li>Act as the executive sponsor for all strategic initiatives impacting the Cairo hub. </li>

<li>Influence stakeholders to leverage Cairo for strategic programs rather than transactional delivery. </li>

<li>Ensure delivery risks are proactively managed with robust mitigation and continuity plans. </li>

Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Key Account Management & Customer Relations: Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders to maximize account growth and customer retention Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customer decision-makers, stakeholders and business partners Act as the senior commercial focal point for assigned strategic customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence Sales & Business Development: Identify, develop, lead and successfully close complex ICT sales opportunities across assigned strategic accounts Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, upselling and development of new business opportunities Own assigned revenue, gross profit, order intake and sales pipeline targets while ensuring achievement of departmental objectives Develop customer acquisition and account growth strategies aligned with sector objectives Proposal & Opportunity Management: Lead the preparation of complex technical and commercial proposals, quotations, RFQs, RFPs and tenders Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, financial and contractual requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure competitive customer solutions Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract reviews while protecting company profitability Market Intelligence & Business Insights: Lead customer presentations, executive meetings, workshops and commercial discussions with senior customer representatives Maintain regular engagement with customers to identify emerging business requirements and future investment opportunities Resolve complex customer issues by coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders Coaching & Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical and commercial guidance to Junior sales team during proposal preparation and customer engagements Share best practices related to account management, negotiations and opportunity management across the sales team Support onboarding and development of new Sales team Assist the Sector Sales Manager in developing sales capabilities and improving overall team effectiveness Sales Performance & Reporting Develop accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines and revenue projections for assigned strategic accounts Maintain accurate records, customer account plans, opportunity status and sales activities Prepare executive reports on account performance, pipeline status, revenue forecasts and business opportunities<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br><br> Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration 7-9 years of relevant ICT sales experience or related field experience is a must , relevant to our industry in data center , security light current hardware experience Strong customer relationship management and opportunity development skills Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Solid experience in ICT solution sales and account management

Coordinate business travel, accommodation, transportation and detailed itineraries. Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, correspondence and meeting requests with sound judgement and discretion. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes. Coordinate communication between the General Manager, department heads, owners, corporate and regional offices, and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Office and represent it professionally. Track decisions, assignments and deadlines, following up with responsible leaders to ensure timely completion. Anticipate the General Manager’s requirements and proactively address administrative and operational needs. Coordinate VIP arrivals, official visits, executive meetings, hotel events and leadership activities. Maintain confidential records, contracts, correspondence and other sensitive business documents. Prepare and reconcile expense reports and support other Executive Office administrative requirements. Maintain organised and up-to-date physical and electronic filing systems. Support the preparation of management reports, business reviews and operational presentations. Coordinate team events, off-site meetings, celebrations and special projects. Build effective relationships across departments and promote seamless cooperation throughout the hotel. <br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Languages or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary, preferably within a five-star hotel or international organisation. Previous experience supporting a General Manager or senior executive is preferred. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams. Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills. Strong ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes. High level of confidentiality, integrity and professional discretion. Proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, resourceful and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
