Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Site Handover Engineer to join our project delivery team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in bridging the gap between site construction and final customer delivery. You will work closely with contractors, quality control teams, and customer service to inspect units, track defect rectifications, and support smooth, high-quality handovers to property buyers.<br>Key Responsibilities:Assist senior engineers in conducting pre-handover unit inspections, identifying snags, and recording defects in civil, architectural finishings, and basic MEP installations. Role Description Implement and perform preventive and corrective maintenance activates for a smooth production process. Report required spare parts to the direct manager to provide them in a timely manner. Carry out repairs activities effectively and efficiently. Takeover from the previous shift the maintenance updates and repairs work and complete them.
