Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Site Handover Engineer to join our project delivery team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in bridging the gap between site construction and final customer delivery. You will work closely with contractors, quality control teams, and customer service to inspect units, track defect rectifications, and support smooth, high-quality handovers to property buyers.<br>Key Responsibilities:Assist senior engineers in conducting pre-handover unit inspections, identifying snags, and recording defects in civil, architectural finishings, and basic MEP installations. Support testing, commissioning, and snagging/de-snagging activities prior to handover.<br>Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 7 years of experience as a Site/Field Mechanical Engineer, preferably within finishing, fit-out, or interior contracting companies. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems installation. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical shop drawings and specifications.
