The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment activities, with a strong focus on hiring blue-collar employees and drivers. The role requires extensive sourcing efforts, field recruitment activities, and building strong candidate pipelines, particularly across Qalyubia Governorate and surrounding areas.<br> </p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions and drivers.<br>• Conduct mass hiring campaigns to fulfill business hiring requirements within agreed timelines.<br>• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment events, and local communities.<br>• Build and maintain a strong database of drivers and blue-collar candidates.<br>• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring processes with line managers.<br>• Organize and participate in field recruitment activities, job fairs, and local hiring initiatives.<br>• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.<br>• Ensure accurate and timely recruitment reports and hiring trackers.<br>• Achieve recruitment KPIs related to hiring volume, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.<br>• Develop recruitment networks within Qalyubia, especially Qaha and nearby areas, to support continuous hiring needs.</p>
