Key Responsibilities Concept, plan, and execute end-to-end content campaigns that align with business goals, marketing objectives, and seasonal trends. Develop the visual identity of the content (Mood boards, visual style), direct camera angles/framing Write highly engaging, persuasive scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks) and ads, as well as compelling captions for various social media platforms. Create, manage, and maintain the monthly content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing flow. Monitor content performance metrics, optimize based on insights, and smartly leverage ongoing social media trends to elevate the brand. Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content creation(A strong portfolio is a must). Deep understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube) and what drives engagement on each Ability to pitch creative campaign concepts using structured Pitch Decks or visual presentations Strong mastery of creating Mood Boards and Storyboards to visualize the video before shooting begins Expertise in Retention-focused scriptwriting Details Full time (on site) Location (Sheraton Cairo)5 days (2 days off) Working hours (10 am - 6 pm)
