Role Description The Robotics Trainer / Robotics Instructor will deliver structured lessons in robotics and related technologies to children and teenagers in an engaging, age-appropriate manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, leading hands-on projects, and guiding learners through problem-solving and experimentation. The role involves monitoring learner progress, providing feedback, and adapting instructional approaches to different skill levels and learning styles. The instructor will also ensure classroom safety, support competitions or showcase events, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the robotics curriculum. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong robotics-related skills, including Robotics and practical experience with Robot systems. Candidates should have experience with Robotic Welding or similar applied robotic operations in educational or industrial contexts. Candidates should demonstrate Troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and system issues in robotics environments. Candidates should be able to perform Preventive Maintenance on robotics equipment to ensure reliability and safety. Experience teaching or mentoring children or teenagers in STEM subjects, especially robotics or programming, is highly beneficial. Strong communication, classroom management, and instructional design skills are preferred. A relevant technical or engineering background in robotics, mechatronics, or a related field is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st Nasser City and collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team is required.
