The role leads/configure solution design, system configuration, and specification development in close collaboration with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with enterprise standards. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Translate Account Payable requirements into functional/technical specifications documentation and effort estimation, promoting process simplification and standardization in collaboration with solution architects. • Ensure alignment of functional and technical requirements across workstreams to support overall business objectives, actively participating in stakeholder workshops to define required capabilities. • Configure S/4HANA AP components (vendor master/BP, posting...) and 3rd party add-ons/integrated components, ensuring adherence to approved design and architecture principles. • Lead cross-module integration between AP and SAP modules resolving integration issues. • Design, validate, and oversee interfaces, coordinate testing, and drive resolution of interface defects. • Ensure governance and consistency of master data (vendors, payment methods...) and transactional data quality. • Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members, foster learning and capability building. • Plan and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution readiness for production. • Provide training, guidance, and functional support to key users and business stakeholders to enable successful adoption. The incumbent report into the AI and Data management unit ( AI & Data unit ), that is accountable to the Director of the DTD. The other units and teams reporting to the DT Director include the Enterprise Architecture, Strategy & Planning unit, the Digital development and management unit, the Infrastructure & Security Team and the Global Service Desk and Endpoint Management team. Under the leadership of the Director, these units and teams serve as members of the global DTD management team, along with the CISO and Regional DT managers. The AI & Data unit is responsible to deliver greater value from IFRC s data, and ensures the development and implementation of IFRCs data and AI governance and strategy, in close collaboration with the IFRC s Data Protection Office and through indirect management of data professionals in other departments. The unit oversees all data operations, data product lifecycles and manages the organisation s data platform, as well as the coordination and support to AI initiatives. The Senior AI Cloud and Security Officer will also interact with internal and external AI and data experts, private sector, academia, external suppliers, vendors and consultants who are sourced to deliver AI-related activities. The Senior AI Cloud and Security Officer is responsible to design, deploy, and monitor AI systems that adhere to organizational policies and global best practices and is delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams. The need for a successful and large-scale digital transformation is urgent. The DTD provides strategic leadership and guides the IFRC Secretariat as well as the members network to adapt and innovate humanitarian services, drawing on digital services, data-enabled decision-making, and other opportunities for digital transformation in support of the IFRC s Strategy 2030. Plans and executes the testing for that scope, builds and maintains its automated coverage inside the established Playwright framework, and mentors mid-level and junior engineers day to day. Works to the test strategy and standards set by the Software Testing Director and operationalised by the Principal Quality Engineer: applies them consistently within scope, and raises gaps or improvement proposals upward rather than changing them independently. Framework architecture and cross-team standards remain with the Principal Quality Engineer. No direct reports. Quality Ownership for an Assigned Scope • Own the test approach, coverage and quality outcome for an assigned product area, module or squad. • Analyse requirements and acceptance criteria early, identify risk areas and testability problems, and raise them before development starts. • Estimate testing effort for own scope and commit to sprint and release timelines. • Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end and UAT testing across web and mobile. • Report testing status, risks and quality evidence for own scope, and give a clear readiness view at release checkpoints. Test Automation • Design, build and maintain automated test suites within the established Playwright framework, following the agreed structure and conventions. • Extend shared framework components — helpers, fixtures, page objects, utilities — under the architectural direction of the Principal Quality Engineer. • Keep automated coverage for own scope growing in line with the agreed plan, and keep the suites reliable rather than muting failures. • Automate API-level checks (Postman, RestAssured or equivalent) and validate data with SQL. • Run and troubleshoot automated suites in CI/CD pipelines and act on the results. Applying Standards & Supporting the Practice • Apply the agreed test strategy, standards and processes consistently across own scope. • Peer-review test cases and automation code written by mid-level and junior engineers. • Flag gaps, friction or risks in the agreed standards and propose improvements to the Principal Quality Engineer or the Software Testing Director. • Contribute root cause input on escaped defects within own scope. Mentoring & Collaboration • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on test design, automation and tooling, and support their onboarding. • Act as the day-to-day quality point of contact for the squad's developers, Product Owner and Business Analyst. • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. • Apply approved Generative AI practices in daily work, and pilot new ones when asked to do so. Job Specification: • Experience: 4 to 7 years in software testing or quality engineering, including at least 2 years writing and maintaining automated tests in a production framework. • Automation: Strong hands-on Playwright (preferred) or an equivalent modern framework, with working code fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Python, and practical experience running suites in CI/CD. • Technical breadth: Solid API testing (Postman, Swagger, RestAssured or similar), SQL for data validation, and experience testing both web and mobile applications. • Generative AI: Practical, consistent use of AI-assisted tooling in testing work — test design, data generation, documentation and analysis. ISTQB CT-GenAI an advantage. • Process: Able to own the test approach for a product area, estimate effort, apply risk-based techniques, and work to standards set by others within Agile/Scrum delivery. • Mentoring: Demonstrated experience guiding less experienced engineers and reviewing their work constructively. • Certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level required; a further ISTQB certification (Agile Tester, Mobile, Performance or CTAL) preferred. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. • Languages: Good to fluent English, written and spoken. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> ملخص العمل: يملك جودة النهاية إلى النهاية لمجال منتج معين أو فرق فرعية. يخطط وينفذ الاختبار للنطاق المذكور، يبني ويحافظ على تغطيته الآلية ضمن إطار Playwright المعتمد، ويرشد المهندسين في مستوى متوسط إلى مبتدئ يوميًا. يعمل وفق إطار الاختبار والمعايير التي وضعها مدير اختبار البرمجيات وتُشغّل بواسطة مهندس الجودة الرئيسي: يطبقها باستمرار ضمن النطاق، ويرفع الفجوات أو مقترحات التحسين صعودًا بدلاً من تغييرها بشكل مستقل. يظل هيكل الإطار والمعايير عبر الفرق تحت إشراف مهندس الجودة الرئيسي. لا تقارير مباشرة. ملكية الجودة لنطاق معين • امتلاك نهج الاختبار والتغطية ونتيجة الجودة لنطاق منتج معين أو وحدة أو فرقة. • تحليل المتطلبات ومعايير القبول مبكرًا، تحديد مناطق الخطر ومشاكل قابلية الاختبار، ورفعها قبل بدء التطوير. • تقدير جهد الاختبار للنطاق الخاص والالتزام بجداول السبرينت والإصدار. • التخطيط والتنفيذ للاختبارات الوظيفية، التعاقبية، التكامل، من النهاية إلى النهاية واختبار القبول المستخدم عبر الويب والهاتف المحمول. • الإبلاغ عن حالة الاختبار والمخاطر وأدلة الجودة للنطاق الخاص، وتقديم عرض جاهزية واضح عند نقاط إصدار. أتمتة الاختبار • تصميم وبناء والحفاظ على أطر الاختبار الآلي ضمن إطار Playwright المعتمد، باتباع البنية والاتفاقيات المتفق عليها. • توسيع مكونات الإطار المشتركة — المساعدات، التثبيتات، أشياء الصفحة، الأدوات — تحت التوجيه المعماري لمهندس الجودة الرئيسي. • الحفاظ على التغطية الآلية للنطاق الخاص بما يتماشى مع الخطة المتفق عليها، والحفاظ على موثوقية الحزم بدلاً من كتم الإخفاقات. • أتمتة فحوصات مستوى API (Postman، RestAssured أو ما يعادله) والتحقق من البيانات باستخدام SQL. • تشغيل واستكشاف الحزم الآلية في خطوط CI/CD والعمل بناءً على النتائج. تطبيق المعايير ودعم الممارسة • تطبيق استراتيجية الاختبار والمعايير والعمليات المتفق عليها بشكل متسق عبر النطاق الخاص. • مراجعة نظراء حالات الاختبار وكود الأتمتة الذي كتبه مهندسون في مستوى متوسط ومبتدئ. • الإعلام عن الثغرات أو الاحتكاك أو المخاطر في المعايير المتفق عليها واقتراح تحسينات لمهندس الجودة الرئيسي أو مدير اختبار البرمجيات. • المساهمة بمدخلات سبب الجذر لعيوب هاربة ضمن النطاق الخاص. الإرشاد والتعاون • إرشاد مهندسين في مستوى متوسط ومبتدئ حول تصميم الاختبار، الأتمتة والأدوات، ودعم إدراجهم. • العمل كنقطة اتصال جودة يومية لمطوري الفرقة ومالك المنتج ومحلل الأعمال. • المشاركة في تخطيط السبرينت، تحسين الخلفيات، الوقوف اليومي، مراجعات السبرينت وال retrospectives. • تطبيق ممارسات Generative AI المعتمدة في العمل اليومي، وتجربة ممارسات جديدة عند الطلب. مواصفات الوظيفة: • الخبرة: 4 إلى 7 سنوات في اختبار البرمجيات أو هندسة الجودة، بما في ذلك سنتان على الأقل في كتابة والحفاظ على اختبارات آلية في إطار إنتاجي. • الأتمتة: خبرة عملية قوية في Playwright (يفضل) أو إطار حديث مكافئ، مع طلاقة كود عملية في JavaScript/TypeScript، Java أو Python، وتجربة عملية بتشغيل الحزم في CI/CD. • الاتساع الفني: اختبار API قوي (Postman، Swagger، RestAssured أو ما يماثله)، SQL للتحقق من البيانات، وخبرة في اختبار تطبيقات ويب ومحمولة. • الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي: استخدام عملي ومتسق لأدوات مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في عمل الاختبار — تصميم الاختبار، توليد البيانات، التوثيق والتحليل. ISTQB CT-GenAI ميزة. • العملية: القدرة على امتلاك نهج الاختبار لمنطقة منتج، تقدير الجهد، تطبيق تقنيات قائمة على المخاطر، والعمل وفق المعايير التي وضعها الآخرون ضمن التنفيذ الأجايل/سكرم. • الإرشاد: خبرة مثبتة في توجيه المهندسين الأقل خبرة ومراجعة عملهم بشكل بنّاء. • الشهادات: مطلوب ISTQB المستوى الأساسي؛ ويفضّل شهادة ISTQB إضافية (مختبر Agile، الهاتف المحمول، الأداء أو CTAL). • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو الهندسة أو مجال ذو صلة. • اللغات: الإنجليزية جيدة حتى الطلاقة، مكتوبة ومحادثة. العربية ميزة. • حدود الدور: استراتيجية الاختبار وخطط الاختبار والتوجيه الإداري محددة ومملوكة من قبل مدير اختبار البرمجيات. بنية الأتمتة والمعايير عبر الفرق تقع مع مهندس الجودة الرئيسي. هذا الدور يملك الجودة لنطاق معين، يطبق الاستراتيجية والمعايير المتفق عليها داخله، يرشد المهندسين الأكثر شبابًا، ويرفع الفجوات صعودًا. لا تقارير مباشرة. • مسار النمو: التقدم إلى مهندس الجودة الرئيسي (قائد فريق تقني)، مع امتلاك بنية الإطار والمعايير والاتساق كأهم مجالات التطوير. </div>
