<p>The Senior Testing Specialist is responsible for administering and processing Amidest s SAT testing program effectively as per set policies and procedures. <p>During your tenure in Licensing & Financial Risk team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:</p>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience; suited to Manager level.</li>
<li>Experience in business development, pre-sales, and delivery/implementation is key; consulting or relevant internal-function experience is ideal.</li>
<li>Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Finance, or similar); an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic languages.</li>
<li>Certifications such as CFA, FRM are a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork; demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail; ability to operate project management disciplines and handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.</li>
