للأعطال.تحديد الأسباب الجذرية للأعطال الكهربائية والالكترونية.فحص دوائر القدرة ودوائر التحكم لتحديد نقاط الفشل.استخدام أجهزة القياس الكهربائية لتحديد الأعطال بدقة.تنفيذ الإصلاحات الفنية اللازمة وإعادة اختبار الأنظمة بعد الصيانة. <br>ثالثاً: صيانة لوحات التحكم الصناعيةتنفيذ الصيانة الدورية للوحات التحكم الكهربائية داخل المصنع.فحص المكونات الرئيسية للوحات مثل:القواطع الكهربائيةالكونتاكتوراتالمرحلات الكهربائيةوحدات التغذيةالتأكد من إحكام التوصيلات الكهربائية ومنع ارتفاع درجة الحرارة داخل اللوحات.تنظيف اللوحات الكهربائية من الأتربة والرطوبة.فحص مستويات العزل الكهربائي. <br>رابعاً: التعامل مع المحركات الكهربائية الصناعيةتشغيل وصيانة المحركات الكهربائية المستخدمة في خطوط الإنتاج.فحص أنظمة بدء تشغيل المحركات.التأكد من كفاءة أنظمة الحماية للمحركات.تحليل الأعطال الكهربائية المرتبطة
