Are you passionate about industrial automation and electrical maintenance? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production systems. Key Responsibilities:* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.* Monitor and optimize PLC-controlled production lines and automation equipment.* Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication networks.* Configure, maintain, and optimize VFDs and motor control systems (Danfoss, Siemens, Schneider Electric).* Conduct inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of electrical and automation equipment.* Support the installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of automation and control systems.* Maintain maintenance records, technical documentation, calibration certificates, and PLC/HMI backups.* Analyze recurring equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.* Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.* Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, ISO standards, GMP requirements (where applicable), and electrical safety regulations.????
