Key Responsibilities1. Development & Project Planning Support the Development Manager in managing real estate projects throughout the development lifecycle. Assist in defining project objectives, development strategies, product mix, positioning, and key project parameters. Coordinate the preparation and updating of project development plans, schedules, budgets, and key milestones. Monitor project progress and highlight critical issues, risks, and required actions. Support the preparation of project briefs, development programs, and approval documents.2. Feasibility & Financial Analysis Assist in preparing and updating project feasibility studies and financial models.
