Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Web Applications team, focusing on front-end development for digital channels. The role centres on building scalable, high-performing web applications, enhancing portal performance and SEO, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to define and deliver new features. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
We develop and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks such as React.js and Next.js. We translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. We ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with organisational specifications and quality standards. We support production deployments and provide real-time issue resolution during testing phases. We optimise application performance, scalability, and SEO outcomes. We contribute to Agile and DevOps delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban). We communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. We drive continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of evolving industry technologies.
