<span>ROLE OVERVIEW An experienced IGA delivery leader who owns end-to-end SailPoint engagements across global clients, stepping into either a people lead or technical delivery lead capacity depending on project demands. This role sits at the intersection of deep SailPoint technical expertise and consulting acumen - expected to drive project outcomes, guide client conversations at an architecture level, and develop the L9 engineers on the team. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 7-10 years of IAM experience, with a minimum of 5 years in SailPoint IIQ or ISC hands-on delivery. Proven track record leading IGA implementations in a consulting or professional services environment. Deep expertise in BeanShell/Java rule development, workflow customization, and connector configuration. Experience with RBAC/ABAC design, SOD policy definition, and access review program design. Strong client-facing communication skills; ability to present to both technical and executive audiences. Prior experience managing or mentoring junior engineers in a project context. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC) certification or SailPoint Certified Engineer. Experience with IIQ-to-ISC migration projects. The Role <br>The Partnerships Manager owns Lucid's merchant network end-to-end — finding and signing the merchants that give Lucid customers somewhere great to spend, and then managing those relationships so they stay active, healthy, and growing. This position requires a hands-on HR professional with previous experience supporting start-up or greenfield operations and the ability to build HR processes from the ground up.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>HR Set-up & Process Development Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes aligned with business objectives and local legislation. Support internal and external HR compliance audits.<br>Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers. Prepare employment offers and employment contracts. Coordinate pre-employment documentation. Manage onboarding and induction for new employees. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.<br>Employee Relations:Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Performance Management Coordinate probation reviews and annual performance evaluations. Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs). Monitor completion of performance reviews. Assist in talent development and succession planning initiatives.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or equivalent is preferred. Experience:Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience. Previous experience establishing or supporting HR operations for a start-up, greenfield project, or newly established business. Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle independently. Strong payroll administration experience. Experience dealing directly with government authorities and statutory bodies in Egypt.
