Senior Collector<p>About the Role</p><br><p>The Senior Collector is responsible for executing KONE's customer credit management, collection, and dispute management activities.</p><br><p>The Senior Collector deploys credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, collections are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum, and arrears are economically collected. <span>We are looking for a Senior Presales Solutions Architect with deep, hands-on expertise across Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP, and a strong specialization in Disaster Recovery (DR) and multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud architecture design.<br> The role combines technical solution architecture with customer-facing presales activity: designing solutions, producing high-quality technical documentation and proposals, and delivering compelling presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders Responsibilities Design end-to-end cloud architectures (current-state, target-state, and DR/multi-cloud) across Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, and GCP based on customer requirements.<br> Lead technical presales engagements: discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and proof-of-concept scoping.<br> Architect DR strategies (cross-region failover, active-active/active-passive, cold/warm/hot standby) spanning single-cloud and multi-cloud/hybrid scenarios.<br> Produce high-quality technical documentation: solution design documents (SDDs), architecture diagrams, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals.<br> Deliver clear, confident presentations to technical and executive audiences, including customer workshops and partner enablement sessions.<br> Partner with sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and accurate pricing/BoQs.<br> Support vendor and partner relationship management (Huawei, AWS, Azure, GCP) for technical alignment, licensing, and co-sell opportunities.<br> Collaborate with delivery/engineering teams to ensure proposed designs are implementable and align with best practices.<br> Stay current on hyperscaler and Huawei Cloud service updates, pricing models, and competitive positioning.<br> Contribute to internal capability building: templates, reference architectures, and presales playbooks.<br> Own technical governance of proposed solutions, including security, compliance, and well-architected framework reviews, to ensure designs meet client risk and regulatory requirements.<br> Lead or support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to validate proposed architectures and de-risk full-scale delivery before contract signature.<br> Mentor and coach junior presales and solutions engineers on cloud architecture best practices, DR design methodology, and presales techniques.<br> Track and report presales pipeline metrics (win rates, solution reuse, common technical objections) to sales and delivery leadership to drive continuous improvement.<br> 8+ years in cloud infrastructure/architecture roles, including 3+ years in a presales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing technical role.<br> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).<br> Background Knowledge about Machine Learning and AI Strong working knowledge of at least 3 of the 4 platforms (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP), with working familiarity across all four.<br> Proven experience designing Disaster Recovery architectures (RTO/RPO-driven design, backup/replication strategies, failover automation).<br> Demonstrated experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architecture design and trade-off analysis.<br> Solid grounding in core infrastructure domains: networking (VPC/VNet design, NAT/SNAT/DNAT, VPN/ExpressRoute/Direct Connect equivalents), compute, storage, and IAM/security.<br> Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud pricing models (on-demand, reserved/savings plans) across providers.<br> Exposure to containers/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.<br> Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).<br> Strong technical writing ability — proposals, SDDs, RFP responses that are clear, structured, and client-ready.<br> Confident, polished presentation skills for both technical and C-level audiences.<br> Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, delivery, and vendor/partner teams.<br> Ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities under time pressure.<br> Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, or Huawei Cloud equivalents) for automating and templatizing multi-cloud deployments.<br> Working knowledge of cloud security and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks) as applied to solution design and client risk assessments.<br> Ability to build TCO/ROI models and business cases to support and justify solution recommendations to client stakeholders.<br> Certificates: - Huawei Cloud (HCIP/HCIE Cloud) or equivalent.<br> - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional).<br> - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.<br> - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.<br></span> </div>
