<span><span><span><span>The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Talent Acquisition team while overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for both Technical and Non-Technical roles across the organization. This role ensures timely and effective fulfillment of hiring requirements by developing sourcing strategies, managing recruitment pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong candidate experience. <p>As a Shift Manager within Amazon Last Mile Logistics (AMZL), you will lead end-to-end station operations, driving operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own shift-level performance, manage a diverse team of associates and delivery associates, and ensure all operational KPIs are met or exceeded. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer (Mechanical or Mechatronics) located in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electromechanical systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Saudi Arabia, GCC, and the wider Middle East. Plan, launch, manage, and optimise performance campaigns across multiple paid media platforms. Manage and scale significant paid media budgets while maintaining strong efficiency and ROI. Build rigorous A/B testing frameworks across audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages, and funnels. Track key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and revenue/enrollment outcomes. Analyse campaign performance and present clear insights on what worked, what underperformed, and what should be optimised next. Continuously evaluate placements, audience performance, creative effectiveness, and customer engagement. Work closely with Creative, CRM, and SEO teams to build a connected growth strategy. Manage distinct campaigns and funnels for multiple audience segments simultaneously. Play a key role in launching and scaling Dimois into new regional markets. Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/media buying with direct budget ownership. Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linked In Ads, and Tik Tok Ads. Experience with Snapchat Ads is a plus. Proven experience managing and scaling meaningful paid media budgets. Strong understanding of performance metrics and their connection to revenue and business growth. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and campaign diagnosis. Experience with landing page and conversion funnel optimisation. Demonstrated experience building and executing structured A/B testing frameworks. Ability to manage different audiences, messaging strategies, and funnels simultaneously. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate campaign data into clear, actionable business insights.

The Purchasing Manager also oversees vendor performance, ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and seeks cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities. This position requires close collaboration with shipboard and shore-based teams to support consistent service and smooth cruise operations.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong procurement and supply chain skills, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order management, and inventory planning. Experience with cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis related to purchasing and materials management. Knowledge of hospitality or cruise industry operations, particularly in food and beverage, housekeeping, and technical supplies, is highly beneficial. Proficiency with ERP or purchasing systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools to manage orders, stock levels, and supplier information.
