A relevant professional certification in project or construction management is an advantage. Hands-on experience in: Large-scale infrastructure or railway construction projects, with strong exposure to site execution, construction planning, site access, interface management, and coordination across multiple subsystems, contractors or Consortium partners. Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, including significant experience in senior construction management or site electrical installation roles on complex, large-scale projects. Strong in: Leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multicultural, and international project environment.
