About the Role Talents Hub is recruiting a Hospitality Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience for a full-time opportunity in Cairo. The role is suited to hospitality professionals who can oversee day-to-day guest service and F&B operations, coordinate teams, maintain service standards, and support a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hospitality and food & beverage operations and ensure consistent service delivery. Lead, coordinate, and support front-of-house and F&B teams across shifts. Monitor guest service, team performance, presentation, hygiene, and operational standards. Coordinate staffing, shift handovers, service readiness, and day-to-day operational priorities. Handle guest feedback and service issues professionally and ensure timely resolution. Work closely with kitchen, service, housekeeping, stores, and support teams to maintain smooth operations. Support stock control, ordering, receiving, and basic cost awareness within the F&B operation. Ensure compliance with relevant SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures. Train and coach team members and help maintain a professional, customer-focused work environment. Prepare basic operational reports and escalate issues or improvement opportunities to management.
Candidate Profile Previous experience in hospitality operations with strong exposure to food & beverage service. Experience in hotels, restaurants, lounges, clubs, catering, aviation hospitality, or other high-volume guest-service environments is welcome. Candidates from supervisory, assistant manager, duty manager, restaurant manager, F&B supervisor, or similar operational backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Strong people-management, communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of service standards, hygiene, grooming, guest handling, and operational procedures. Comfortable working in a busy, shift-based environment and coordinating across multiple teams. Ability to work full-time in Cairo, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
