We are looking for an experienced Cards Migration PMO / CMS Migration SME to support a major card management system transformation and migration programme in Cairo.<br>The successful candidate will have strong experience in card technology, card issuing/processing and card management systems, with hands-on experience working with VISION+ / Vision Plus or similar card management platforms. You will play a key role in supporting the migration of card portfolios and associated data, ensuring a controlled transition with minimal operational disruption.<br>Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end card management system migration, including planning, preparation, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilization. Work closely with technology, cards business, operations, vendors and other stakeholders throughout the migration programme. Support card portfolio and customer/card data migration, including data mapping, validation, migration reconciliation and mock migration runs. Coordinate and track migration activities, dependencies, risks, issues and overall readiness. Support SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing, ensuring migration scenarios and card lifecycle processes are adequately tested. Coordinate cutover activities, readiness assessments, go/no-go decisions and production deployment. Support post-go-live hypercare and production stabilization, including issue identification and resolution. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, action trackers and stakeholder communications. Ensure migration activities are aligned with operational, technical and business requirements. Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve migration and card-platform related issues. Required Experience & Skills8–12 years of experience in Cards Technology, Card Issuing, Card Processing or Issuer Processing. Hands-on experience with VISION+ / Vision Plus is highly desirable and strongly preferred. Proven experience supporting or leading card management system / card portfolio migration projects. Experience with migration from or between card management / card processing platforms. Strong understanding of card lifecycle, card issuing, card processing and card management systems. <h4>Role purpose</h4>
<p>The workplace experience ambassador team are the owners of the internal and external visitor experience. The role exists to provide the highest possible standards of engagement with our internal and external customers through all front-of-house and meeting & event services. Whilst providing front of house services is a key deliverable, the team is also responsible for standards of presentation, administration and delivery of all meeting and events services and areas, so will work in a variety of settings. Building ambassadors must be customer and quality obsessed, demonstrate a high level of security awareness at all times and have clear knowledge of all onsite emergency and evacuation procedures.</p>
<h4>What this job involves</h4>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience</li>
<li>Delivery of all core front of house services such as sign-in, badging, luggage, lost and found and deliveries</li>
<li>Receive, direct and relay telephone, email and other queries via front of house</li>
<li>Greet, assist and direct candidates, new hires, visitors and the general public appropriately</li>
<li>Continual awareness of all onsite events, to ensure visitor experience is personalised and optimised</li>
<li>Proactively contribute to maintaining the highest standards of presentation and functionality across the identified front of house and meeting and event areas, with great attention to detail</li>
<li>Undertake physical setup of meeting and event spaces, in line with team guidelines and EHS considerations</li>
<li>Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage, equipment, temperature, fabric and consumables, ensuring fine detail is captured</li>
<li>Create and efficiently maintain up-to-date outlook, conference room finder and SharePoint room booking systems for the identified meeting and event spaces</li>
<li>High awareness of local area services such as shops, restaurants, hotels and transport, in order to support customers</li>
<li>Daily liaison with one-team partners such as security and janitorial teams on the coordination of meetings and events</li>
<li>Provide timely, accurate and personalized response to meetings and events enquiries</li>
<li>Work flexibly in different settings as part of the team</li>
<li>Coordinate the daily updating of room booking displays in line with local and regional processes</li>
<li>Play a key part in supporting onsite space audits and walk-the-store processes</li>
<li>Support and cover other facilities team services as required, such as trouble ticket requests, incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, site inspections, and one-off or administrative tasks</li>
