You’ll be responsible for driving innovation, product-market fit, and long-term product success in a rapidly evolving Reg Tech landscape. <br>Key Responsibilities• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery and continuous improvement.• Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform product direction.• Establish data-driven frameworks for prioritization, experimentation, and performance measurement.• Champion customer-centric product development and best-in-class user experiences.• Drive product innovation within the digital identity, verification, and compliance landscape.<br>Qualifications• Strong technical foundation with a background in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related technical discipline.• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for complex B2B technology products.• Strong leadership experience managing and developing product teams.• Demonstrated ability to translate market opportunities and customer insights into successful product outcomes.• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial stakeholders.• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience within Fin Tech, Reg Tech, Digital Identity, Saa S, or related technology sectors is highly preferred.
