Reduce Director-level involvement in routine execution tasks by at least 30%, enabling the Director to focus on origination and IC-level activities. Establish a repeatable due diligence playbook covering scope planning, vendor management, findings synthesis, and escalation protocols. Ensure all IC materials for assigned deals are submission-ready without rework — clear narrative, defensible assumptions, complete risk register. Successfully mentor at least two junior team members, with measurable improvement in modelling accuracy, memo quality, and deal-readiness.<br>Typical Profile:8–15 years in investment banking (M&A), private equity, or corporate development, with at least 3–4 years in a hands-on, deal-execution-heavy role. Has personally led or co-led at least 5 closed M&A transactions, preferably including acquisitions in the $50M–$500M range; managed due diligence processes end-to-end; and negotiated or substantially participated in the negotiation of SPAs, SHAs and other key transaction documentation. Comfortable operating in emerging-market jurisdictions and managing multi-advisor deal teams. Has supervised junior analysts/associates on modelling and memo preparation.
