Communications Manager AR-Corporates Group | Maadi, Cairo | Full-time, On-site

About the Role AR-Corporates has spent sixteen years building a food business that now spans grain trading, animal feed manufacturing, livestock, dairy, and a hypermarket chain serving thousands of customers every day. We manufacture, we farm, we trade, we sell retail, and we advise other companies on marketing, PR, automation, and investment strategy. Every one of those activities runs on relationships — with suppliers, with buyers, with partners who might become customers next year. We're hiring someone to own those relationships and carry the group's public voice at the same time. You'll be the group's front line with suppliers, buyers, and prospective customers: answering them, visiting them, following up with them, and making sure no relationship goes cold because nobody called back.

Core Responsibilities Existing and potential suppliers Current and prospective customers Government entities and industry associations Media outlets, journalists, and news agencies Event organizers, conferences, and exhibitions Business communities and professional networks Influencers and strategic partners Day-to-day responsibilities:Keep a live record of who we're talking to, what was promised, and what comes next, so opportunities don't slip between departments Organize and attend company events — partnership signings, factory visits, trade fairs, exhibitions and represent the group properly when you're there Work closely with the Marketing Director, Offline Business Development Officer, Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager, so campaigns, events, and outreach pull in the same direction Write and manage content about the group's projects, expansions, and sector activity Build the personal brand of the leadership team through regular, credible posts and press presence Draft press releases, company profiles, and announcements in Arabic and English, and handle media inquiries Secure media coverage, interviews, speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
What We're Looking For5+ years in PR, communications, business development, or client relations — Preferred in an industrial, FMCG, or other related setting A genuine people person, on paper and in the room. Half this job is keeping suppliers and prospective customers warm over months, and that takes consistency more than charm Event experience: you've organized events that ran on time, not just attended them Strong writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English. Comfort moving between a boardroom, a feed mill, a trade fair booth, and a hypermarket floor in the same week Enough organization to support three marketing managers at once without dropping a thread A strong professional network across media, business, and industry sectors Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills A proactive mindset — someone who opens doors and creates opportunities, not just responds to them.
Important: All questions below are mandatory.
