ROLE PROFILE <ul><li>Maintain and enhance procurement reporting and analytics by managing procurement databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, developing Power BI dashboards, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting data cleansing.</li><li>Analyze procurement data to identify spend trends, supplier performance, savings, risks, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.</li><li>Support financial planning and performance by preparing spend analysis, forecasting, budgeting, run-rate analysis, variance reporting, supplier/category cost analysis, pricing trends, inflation analysis, and cost optimization recommendations.</li><li>Track procurement performance by monitoring spend against budgets, reporting savings, cost avoidance, and value delivery initiatives, and supporting monthly performance reviews and P&L discussions.</li><li>Support audit and compliance activities by preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits, monitoring procurement policy and PO compliance, performing control self-assessments, and resolving data and compliance issues.</li><li>Contribute to strategic projects and continuous improvement by supporting procurement transformation initiatives, conducting benchmarking and performance analysis, identifying savings opportunities, and driving reporting automation.</li><li>Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Business teams to gather reporting requirements, validate data, deliver timely analysis, and ensure reporting outputs meet business needs.</li></ul> REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline</li><li>3 or more years of experience in procurement analytics, spend analysis, reporting, finance analytics, or business intelligence.</li><li>High attention to detail, strong data-accuracy mindset, and ability to manage multiple reporting priorities.</li><li>Good stakeholder management and coordination skills across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Business teams.</li></ul> WHAT WE OFFER <ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime. How you ll help us make health happen As our Senior Finance Analyst, you'll: Lead, support and develop two Finance Analysts across APAC and Middle East activities. Support the planning cycle, including forecasts, annual plans and refreshed business plans. Produce accurate management information and regulatory reporting. Create clear, easy-to-use reporting that explains business performance and key trends. Deliver monthly KPI and management reports for regional leadership teams. Use data, AI and automation tools to improve reporting processes and efficiency. Complete regulatory submissions and help maintain strong financial governance. Monitor broker incentive commission reporting and controls. Support business cases, investment decisions and commercial analysis. Provide meaningful recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders. Carry out detailed analysis of performance, costs, risks and opportunities. Promote continuous improvement and finance best practice across the businessDesired Candidate ProfileFully qualified as an accountant or working towards a qualification is preferable.
