This is a high-visibility role where you'll modernize how Siemens employees access and leverage foundational services, optimize user workflows, and accelerate digital transformation—all while working in a collaborative, growth-focused culture that values curiosity, integrity, and results. Your Impact &amp; Key Responsibilities Define and drive the portal roadmap for foundational services (licensing, integrations, software delivery, analytics). Partner with service PMs and cross-functional teams to translate capabilities into intuitive portal features. Conduct user research to identify pain points and prioritize portal improvements. Own end-to-end portal UX from discovery and onboarding to API integration and self-service dashboards. Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve adoption, usability, and business value. What We're Looking For 5+ years in Technical Product Management with portal, platform, or enterprise tool experience. Strong grasp of web technologies (APIs, microservices, cloud) and UX best practices. Experience collaborating across matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Proven success delivering portals that drive user adoption and satisfaction. Familiar with Jira is a major asset. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences. Fluent English for effective global team collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. The salary range for this position is $44,000 to $60,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
