Department: Global Business Services (GBS) – EMEA IT PMO as a Service
Reports To: PMO Director / Senior Project Manager
Position Overview To support the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary IT projects (Software, Security, BI, etc.) across the EMEA region. The Project Manager will be an agent of change, promoting collaboration and agile methodologies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and adhere to the new centralized PMO’s standardized processes and governance.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning & Execution: Develop, define, and organize project activities with concrete timelines to create robust project plans. Manage all project variables including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholders.· Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate project risks. Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution (target: 4.0 / 5· Issue Resolution Time: < 3 Days· Weekly Status Reporting Accuracy: 100%
