Manage the school s reception area and ensure a positive first impression. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently. Support prospective families throughout the admissions process, including application guidance, document collection, and interview scheduling. Assist in organising admissions events such as Open Days, school tours, and orientation sessions. Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, visitor registration, and other general administrative duties.
