<ul><li><p>Develop and implement the annual <strong>Export Sales Strategy and Business Plan</strong> for concentrates across targeted international markets.</p></li><li><p>Identify and develop new customers, importers, distributors, and industrial buyers across <strong>Europe, GCC, Africa, the Middle East, and other strategic markets</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Manage and grow existing <strong>B2B international accounts</strong>, ensuring strong long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Achieve agreed <strong>sales volume, revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets</strong> and provide accurate sales forecasts.</p></li><li><p>Lead negotiations related to <strong>prices, contracts, payment terms, Incoterms, quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market research and monitor <strong>competitors, market prices, customer requirements, product trends, and new business opportunities</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate closely with <strong>Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain</strong> to ensure orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and agreed shipment schedules.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper follow-up of <strong>export documentation, shipping requirements, certificates, and international trade regulations</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Represent the company at <strong>international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and business trips</strong> to generate new leads and strengthen existing relationships.</p></li><li><p>Lead and develop the Export Sales Team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and ensuring achievement of commercial objectives.</p></li><li><p>Prepare regular reports covering <strong>sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, market development, customer status, and profitability</strong> for senior management.</p></li><li><p>Handle customer complaints and commercial issues professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>business administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, or a related field</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>10-15 years of experience</strong> in Export Sales, preferably within <strong>Food Manufacturing / Fruit &amp; Tomato or Citrus Concentrates / Juice Ingredients</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in <strong>B2B international sales</strong> and managing overseas customers.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>export procedures, Incoterms, LC, export documentation, and international trade</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>English communication and negotiation skills</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of international markets, particularly the <strong>EU, GCC, Africa, and the Middle East</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience with <strong>CRM systems and sales forecasting</strong> is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel internationally and attend trade exhibitions.</p></li></ul><p></p>
