We advise organizations on how their customers actually experience them — not how the org chart says they should. You will lead our journey mapping service line: going into client organizations, uncovering what their customers really go through, and turning that into maps, blueprints, and prioritized change agendas that leadership teams act on. This is a client-facing consulting role. You will spend your time between customer research, workshop rooms full of client stakeholders, and the analysis that connects the two. The work is equal parts investigative and persuasive: finding the truth about an experience, then making a client organization believe it enough to change. What you will do Map current-state journeys end to end — across channels, touchpoints, and the backstage processes that make or break them — grounded in real research, not workshop assumptions. Run the research that feeds the maps: customer interviews, contextual observation, frontline and staff interviews, transactional and behavioral data, VoC and complaint data, mystery shopping where relevant. Build service blueprints that expose the frontstage/backstage failure points — the handoffs, systems, policies, and ownership gaps behind each customer pain point. Design future-state journeys and translate them into a sequenced roadmap of experience initiatives, each with an owner, an effort estimate, and a business case. Facilitate senior workshops — alignment sessions, co-creation, and playback sessions where you present uncomfortable findings to C-level clients and keep the room constructive. Define the measurement layer: journey-level KPIs alongside NPS / CSAT / CES, so clients can tell whether an intervention actually moved the experience. Prioritize ruthlessly — identify the moments that truly matter to loyalty and revenue, and argue for those over the long tail of minor annoyances. Turn findings into decks and narratives that survive contact with a client steering committee. Build the service line: develop our mapping methodology, templates, and toolkit, and coach junior consultants in how to use them. Support business development: shape proposals, scope journey mapping engagements, and contribute to pitches. Qualifications Essential8–12 years in customer experience, service design, experience strategy, or CX consulting — with journey mapping as a core, repeated part of your work, not an occasional deliverable. A portfolio of journeys and service blueprints you personally built, and a clear account of what changed in the client's business as a result. Real research skills: you can run and synthesize qualitative interviews, and you're comfortable digging into quantitative data to validate what you heard. Strong facilitation presence — you can hold a room of senior stakeholders who disagree with each other, and with you. Fluency in CX measurement: NPS, CSAT, CES, journey-level metrics, and an honest understanding of what each does and doesn't tell you. Excellent English and Arabic, written and spoken. You'll research in Arabic and present in both. Consulting-grade communication: structured thinking, clear and well-built decks, and the ability to make a complex journey legible on one page. Nice to have Prior consulting or agency experience with multiple clients and industries. Hands-on with journey mapping and journey management tools and VoC platforms. CX Professional certification. Working knowledge of service design, design thinking, or human-centered design methods. Knowledge of other specialized experiences, e.g. Patient experience, Employee experience, Beneficiary experience, Supplier experience What we offer Ownership of a service line, with room to shape how we do this work — not a seat executing someone else's framework. Exposure across industries and client organizations, at a pace no in-house role can match. Exposure to international markets, which require world-class quality of services Direct access to senior client stakeholders from your first engagement. Compensation, benefits, learning budget, certification support, travel How to apply Easy apply and/ or send your profile/ CV by email to hussam.elhazek@alholool.com. Include one journey map or blueprint you built (redact client names as needed) and two or three sentences on what changed in the client’s business because of it. We read those first.

We are looking for a high-impact leader to own the performance, structure, and scalability of Tabby’s SME Sales & Activation Engine.
This is a high-volume leadership role. You will manage a large team of tele-sales and onboarding specialists responsible for acquiring merchants and moving them from "prospect" to "live and transacting." You are not just managing people; you are managing productivity. You will drive efficiency by incorporating technology for pre-qualification, optimizing call cadences, and ensuring our "bread and butter" SME sector scales without chaos.
This role sits above day-to-day execution but requires a deep understanding of sales floor dynamics, funnel mechanics, and operational rigor. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Sales Culture
Hire, train, and lead a large team of Inside Sales Managers and Executives. Build a high-performance culture focused on distinct KPIs: Call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and time-to-live. Coach managers on driving daily productivity and holding their teams accountable. Foster a culture of trust, directness, and psychological safety, while maintaining uncompromising standards for output.
2. Tech-Enablement & Pre-Qualification
Lead the integration of technology (AI, automation, or CRM tools) to automate the pre-qualification of leads before they reach the sales team. Design workflows where technology handles the heavy lifting of vetting, allowing your sales team to focus solely on high-quality, convertible merchants. Continuously audit our sales stack to remove friction and increase "selling time" per agent.
3. Operational Ownership (The Funnel)
Own the end-to-end funnel metrics Identify leakage points in the funnel. If merchants are stalling at the "Approved" stage, you find the root cause and fix it. Review numbers daily/weekly. Challenge performance narratives with data, not feelings. Balance speed with quality, ensure we are launching merchants fast, but also launching them correctly so they transact immediately.
4. Process Design & Continuous Improvement
Design and document SOPs and Playbooks for the sales and onboarding teams. Remove bottlenecks by clarifying dependencies between Sales, Risk, and Ops. Drive structural fixes over manual workarounds. If a process requires constant escalation, it is broken—you are here to fix it.
5. Performance Management & Reporting Define clear success metrics (Daily Activity, Pipeline Health, Activation Speed) and ensure consistent tracking via dashboards. Collective Performance Model: Implement a structure where team success dictates individual success. Ensure transparency in how targets are set and reviewed. Hold managers accountable for outcomes (revenue/live merchants), not just outputs (number of calls made).
6. Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as the primary bridge between Rev Ops, Risk, Legal, Product, and Tech. Translate cross-functional constraints (e.g., changes in Risk policy) into clear execution plans for your sales floor. Escalate strategically, bring solutions and context, not just noise.
What Success Looks Like
High Efficiency: High volume of calls/activities yielding high conversion rates due to effective pre-qualification tech. Speed to Lead: Merchants are contacted, signed, and activated rapidly. Predictability: Targets are hit consistently without end-of-month panic/firefighting. Strong Leadership: You have built a layer of strong managers who can run the floor independently.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
7+ years experience in high-velocity Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations.3+ years experience managing managers and large teams (15+ people). Proven track record of implementing sales technology (Dialers, CRM automation, Lead Scoring) to drive efficiency. Experience in Fintech, BNPL, Saa S, or high-volume E-commerce is strongly preferred. Strong command of data (Excel/Sheets, Salesforce/Hub Spot, Tableau/Looker).
What This Role Is Not Not an Individual Contributor role (you are leading leaders) Not a purely "Strategy" role (you must be willing to get your hands dirty in the ops). Not a "Relationship Management" role (this is about acquisition and activation velocity).
Job Benefits Flexible working hours and autonomy. A working environment where the quality of your work shapes your career trajectory. Employee Stock Options Program (ESOP). Medical & Social Insurance. Flexi Perks: Monetary benefit for health, well-being, or professional development. AI Subscription Allowance of up to 250$Hybrid Work Setup2 months Remote work allowance
