Evaluate system performance, energy efficiency, and the selection of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment. Review HVAC shop drawings, equipment layouts, and material submittals. Respond to contractors’ technical queries and provide appropriate engineering guidance. Coordinate HVAC activities with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Dubai Municipality requirements, and Civil Defense standards, particularly for smoke-extraction and pressurization systems. Support project requirements through short-duration business travel to the UAE when required.<br>Requirements:-<br>Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC system design, technical review, and supervision.
