<p>Provide administrative and operational support to the Specialty Leasing function by managing contracts, internal approvals, documentation, payment tracking, reporting, and data administration. The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate processing, control, and maintenance of all Specialty Leasing records and agreements, while acting as the primary YARDI user for contract creation, activation, and updates.
