عن الدور
الكاشير العام مسؤول عن إدارة ومواءمة جميع المعاملات النقدية داخل الفندق لضمان الدقة والامتثال للسياسات المالية. يلعب هذا الدور دورًا في دعم الأعمال من خلال حماية أصول النقد والحفاظ على عمليات مالية سلسة تسهم في الربحية العامة ورضا الضيوف.
ما ستقوم به
- التأكد من وجود جميع السياسات المحلية والشركات، والقواعد، والتحكمات والإجراءات والضمانات المتعلقة بمصارف المنزل.
- استرجاع أظرف الإيداع من الخزنة الخلفية للمعالجة، بمرافقة ضابط أمن أو من يعينه مدير الشؤون المالية.
- تدقيق إيداعات الكاشيرات اليومية وإعداد إيداع الفندق اليومي.
- عد وتوازن وتنظيم ومراقبة مصرفك الخاص والخزنة.
- معالجة العملات الأجنبية وفقًا للسياسة المحلية.
- إعداد وتوزيع مستحقات كاشيارات.
- إعداد تقرير النقد اليومي.
- إصدار بنوك الكاشير وتعيين صناديق ودائع آمنة للأمان.
- إعداد والحفاظ على سجل لجميع بنوك المنزل الصادرة.
- إجراء أي دفعية صغيرة وفق الإرشادات المعتمدة.
- أداء أي واجبات إضافية يكلف بها من قبل مدير الشؤون المالية أو مساعد مدير الشؤون المالية.
- الحفاظ على ملف دقيق ومرتب ومحدث لجميع عقود البنوك المعلقة.
- أرشفة الوثائق والتقارير.

About the role
The General Cashier is responsible for managing and reconciling all cash transactions within the hotel to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies. This role supports the business by safeguarding cash assets and maintaining smooth financial operations that contribute to overall profitability and guest satisfaction.
What you will do
- Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards are in place, as they relate to House Banks.
- Retrieve deposit envelopes from the drop safe for processing, accompanied by a Security Officer or the Director of Finance's designate.
- Audit cashiers’ daily deposits and prepare the daily hotel deposit.
- Count, balance, organize and monitor own Bank and safe.
- Process foreign currencies in accordance to local policy.
- Prepare and distribute Cashiers’ due backs.
- Prepare the Daily Cash Report.
- Issue Cashier Banks and assign safety deposit boxes for safekeeping of the Banks.
- Prepare and maintain a log on all issued House Banks.
- Make petty cash disbursements according to established guidelines.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.
- Maintain an accurate, orderly and up-to-date file for all outstanding Bank contracts.
- File documents and reports.

- Plan and monitor duties to ensure effective and efficient use of all available resources in order to make the greatest impact on the Hotel’s/Resort’s objectives
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with peers, superiors and clients.
- Use Sample and efficient time to fully grasp the financial and practical implications before making a decision
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task
