<h4>Key accountabilities & decision ownership</h4>

<li>Provide 24x7 second line on-call support for Datacom network emergencies reported by internal customers to fix critical problems.</li>
<li>Fine tune the Datacom nodes to achieve smooth and high-quality performance.</li>
<li>Implement preventive software correction packages on Datacom nodes to solve network problems.</li>
<li>Secure the Datacom network elements.</li>
<li>Assess the need for suppliers' support intervention and follow up with suppliers regarding any Datacom network issues.</li>
<li>Provide Datacom technical support to internal and external customers and ensure their satisfaction.</li>
<li>Follow the escalation and reporting procedure in due time.</li>
<li>Report Datacom network problems promptly with clear information to management for proper decision making.</li>
<li>Report Datacom network activities to management for proper follow-up.</li>
<li>Report performance against agreed plans and KPIs.</li>
<li>Participate in acceptance and testing of new Datacom nodes, systems, features, and services.</li>
<li>Implement software and hardware system upgrades.</li>
<li>Implement hardware system expansions.</li>
<li>Follow the Datacom, Change Management teams, and Service Management processes/SLA.</li>
<li>Attend all assigned trainings, sessions, or workshops.</li>

<h4>Core competencies, knowledge, and experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Good IP knowledge with a strong background in SP (MPLS, VPLS, BGP, etc.)</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field</li>
<li>CCNP SP and MPLS knowledge is a must</li>
<li>CCIE SP level</li>
<li>Good knowledge of firewalls: Juniper, NetScreen, CISCO ASA, Fortinet, IPS or equivalent</li>
<li>F5 Load Balancer knowledge is preferred</li>
<li>ACI technology is preferred</li>
<li>Good understanding of GSM/3G network</li>
<li>Python programming knowledge is a plus</li>
<li>Automation and scripting tools development experience is a plus</li>
<li>Good communication skills</li>

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Our utility cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware or linens across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.</p>
<p>No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.</p>

Our Partners & Contractors Management Experience team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join us as a Payroll Generalist, supporting day-to-day coordination and ensuring the smooth execution of operational payroll tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in global HR operations through hands-on experience in a well-structured team. This is not a traditional payroll job and we re not looking for someone with a payroll background. We re looking for someone with the right mindset, ambition, and capability to break into a new field and add value fast.</p><p>What you will do as a Payroll Generalist...</p><p>You ll be responsible for managing and processing all payroll-related administrative data across the full cycle. This includes:</p><ul><li>Collecting and submitting monthly inputs to our payroll partners</li><li>Validating payroll outputs to ensure accuracy before release</li><li>Managing all post-payroll tasks such as invoice processing, reporting, and client billing support</li><li>Processing partner invoices and entering them accurately in our systems</li><li>Using payroll data to assist in compiling WorkMotion client invoices</li><li>Resolving payroll-related queries with partners and responding to clients and employees</li><li>Ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard</li><li>Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, investigating non-compliance, and driving improvements</li><li>Completing monthly service measure data</li><li>Supporting ad hoc requests and team initiatives</li></ul><p>We pride ourselves on accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery.
