مطلوب مدير مبيعات خبرة كمدير من سنة الي سنتين  خبرة بمجال العبوات البلاستيك  المهام الرئيسية 1- وضع استراتيجيات المبيعات  ( تصميم خطط العمل طويلة المدي وقصيرة المدي لزيادة حجم المبيعات والوصول للاهداف البيعية )2-تحديد الاهداف البيعية (شهرية - ربع سنوية -نصف سنويه -سنوية ) للفريق والشركة  3- ادارة الفريق وتطوير قدراته وتدريبهم وتوجيههم بإستمرار وتعاون لرفع الروح المعنوية لدي الفريق  4-تحليل بيانات قسم المبيعات ودراسة اتجاهات السوق ومراقبة المنافسين 5-ادارة علاقات العملاء والحفاظ علي علاثة العملاء الرئيسيين وحل مشكلاتهم التي تواجههم واضافة وزيادة عدد العملاء الحالي  6-انشاء قاعدة عملاء كاملة بشكل احترافي  7-اعداد التقارير تقديم تقارير دورية لمجلس الادارة توضح نسب الانجاز وحالة المبيعات  وحالة ادارة المبيعات بشكل عام <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>رخصة القيادة: خاصة</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال</li></ul>

- Foundational or basic occupational safety and health technical training+ orosha<br>- Possesses civil defense training<br>- Possesses first-aid training<br>- Ability to communicate between departments - problem solving and taking effective actions - leading the emergency team-<br>- Works in shifts<br><br>Responsibilities of the Occupational Safety and Health Specialist:<br><br>Identify all activities at the facility and all ongoing production processes: <br>- Raw materials<br>- Intermediates<br>- Final product<br>- Hazardous materials and waste<br>Take necessary precautions to prevent potential risks. <br><br>- Identify hazards in the work environment (physical / mechanical / electrical / biological / chemical / psychosocial) in terms of their characteristics, sources, and how workers are exposed to their hazards and their effects on workers’ health and safety and the facility’s economics.<br>- Measure and assess pollutants and hazards using specialized measurement devices to determine the type of hazards, their concentration levels, their nature, quantity and quality, and their effects on workers’ health and the work environment safety<br>- Identify hazard and pollutant control and management systems<br>- Analyze and evaluate risks, potential industrial disasters and accidents and prepare emergency and crisis response plans and train workers on them<br>- Participate in setting technical specifications for PPE equipment and devices and verify their effectiveness and suitability to the nature of the work (masks of various types according to activity / gloves / boots)<br>- Analyze data related to work-related accidents, occupational diseases and serious accidents and draw necessary recommendations to prevent accidents and injuries at work<br>- Express opinions on awareness policy and educate workers through seminars, workshops, posters, and bulletins<br>- Participate with management in planning training programs for technicians and members of the occupational safety and health committee. Regular inspection of workplaces to identify risks and pollutants and workers’ compliance with instructions<br>- Prepare a file for managing occupational safety and health services and policies and insurance<br>- Prepare work permits before starting any maintenance or repair operations or any other operations that may pose a risk to workers’ safety and health<br>- Monitor and perform periodic and preventive maintenance to prevent fires and explosions as well as rescue and first aid equipment

الهدف من الوظيفةإدارة وتشغيل المصنع بالكامل بما يضمن تحقيق خطط الإنتاج بالجودة المطلوبة،وفى المواعيد المحددة،مع الأستخدام الأمثل للعمالة والماكينات والخامات،وتحقيق أعلى كفاءة وتقليل الهالك والتكاليف.المسئوليات المطلوبة الإشراف على جميع عمليات الإنتاج في المصنع لضمان تحقيق الأهداف والجودة المطلوبة. إدارة فريق العمل وتطويره وتدريبه. وضع خطط الإنتاج وتنفيذها بكفاءة. مراقبة المخزون والموارد. العمل على تحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية وتقليل التكاليف. ضمان تطبيق معايير السلامة والجودة. الإشراف الكامل على جميع مراحل تصنيع الملابس من إستلام خامات وحتى خروج منتج تام. متابعة أداء مشرفى الإنتاج ورؤساء الأقسام والعمال والتأكد من الألتزام بالتعليمات. المؤهلات والشروط خبرة لا تقل عن 7- 10 سنوات في منصب مدير مصنع ملابس أو منصب إداري مشابه. معرفة عميقة بجميع مراحل إنتاج الملابس الجينز والقطن . قدرة ممتازة على القيادة واتخاذ القرارات وحل المشكلات. مهارات قوية في التواصل والإدارة. يفضل أن يكون من سكان محافظة الشرقية أو المناطق المجاورة. <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li></ul>
