مهام أخصائي الجودة (QA/QC):أولاً: مهام أخصائي ضمان الجودة (QA – Quality Assurance)
إعداد وتطوير وتحديث سياسات وإجراءات ونظام إدارة الجودة.
التأكد من تطبيق معايير الجودة المعتمدة داخل الشركة.
إعداد ومراجعة أدلة العمل والإجراءات والنماذج.
تنفيذ برامج التدقيق الداخلي (Internal Audit) ومتابعة نتائجها.
تحليل أسباب المشكلات ووضع الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية (CAPA).
متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بالجودة وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
تدريب الموظفين على متطلبات الجودة وإجراءات العمل.
متابعة الالتزام بالمعايير والمواصفات مثل ISO وغيرها.
المشاركة في التحسين المستمر ورفع كفاءة العمليات.
ثانياً: مهام أخصائي مراقبة الجودة (QC – Quality Control)
فحص المواد الخام والمنتجات أثناء وبعد الإنتاج.
التأكد من مطابقة المنتجات للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة.
تنفيذ الاختبارات والفحوصات اللازمة وتوثيق نتائجها.
اكتشاف حالات عدم المطابقة (Non-Conformance) والإبلاغ عنها.
متابعة إجراءات معالجة المنتجات غير المطابقة.
المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والجرد المتعلقة بالجودة.
إعداد تقارير الفحص اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
استخدام أدوات القياس والمعايرة والتأكد من صلاحيتها.
التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج لمعالجة مشكلات الجودة وتقليل العيوب.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الجودة أو تخصص ذي صلة (حسب طبيعة النشاط).
خبرة في مجال الجودة أو مراقبة الجودة.
معرفة بأنظمة إدارة الجودة مثل ISO 9001 أو المعايير ذات الصلة.
إجادة إعداد التقارير وتحليل البيانات.
القدرة على استخدام أدوات الجودة مثل:
7 QC Tools
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
CAPA
FMEA
SPC
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel.
مهارات قوية في التحليل، وحل المشكلات، والتواصل.
الدقة، والالتزام، والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت الضغط.
يفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية في الجودة مثل ISO 9001 Internal Auditor أو Lean Six Sigma (حسب طبيعة العمل).

QA/QC Specialist Duties: First: Quality Assurance (QA – Quality Assurance) duties
- Prepare, develop, and update quality policies and procedures and the quality management system.
- Ensure implementation of approved quality standards within the company.
- Prepare and review work instructions, procedures, and templates.
- Implement internal audit programs and monitor their results.
- Analyze root causes and establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare periodic reports.
- Train employees on quality requirements and work procedures.
- Ensure compliance with standards and specifications such as ISO and others.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process efficiency.
Second: Quality Control (QC – Quality Control) duties
- Inspect raw materials and products during and after production.
- Ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Perform necessary tests and inspections and document results.
- Detect non-conformities and report them.
- Monitor handling procedures for non-conforming products.
- Participate in quality-related inspections and inventories.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports.
- Use measuring and calibration tools and ensure their validity.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and reduce defects.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management or a related field (depending on activity).
- Experience in quality or quality control.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or related standards.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to use quality tools such as:

CAPA
FMEA
SPC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Accuracy, commitment, and ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Prefer professional quality certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lean Six Sigma (depending on work nature).
